Our “goal” for Dixie Rose each day is a casual morning walk lasting about 30 minutes and a vigorous evening 45-60 minutes of fetch at our local soccer field with her obsession: the lacrosse ball. When it’s raining or especially uncomfortable heat/cold, we might skip the field and have a second walk indoors at Lowes or Home Depot. We aren’t perfect, but we work hard to reach this goal.
